OWERHOUSE STAFFBUILDERS INTERNATIONAL INC., is an established corporate entity that primes its objective in the placement of Filipino skilled and non-skilled workers for overseas. It has its full  concen-tration in the Asian Region with a grudual expansion to the Americas, Europe and Middle East market. Founded in August of 1992, its incorporators solidly believes in the competence and skills of the Filipino workers consonant to the established acceptance of the international market in the Philippine Labor Force. Its mission therefore is two-fold: to be instrumental and part in the building of our national economy by generating job apportunities maximazing the potentials of the Filipino work force and to contribute to the growth of the international market though the deployment of human resources in accord with the highest level of skill and productivity


SERVICES

All Applicants undergo intensive screening. To uphold the highest standards, a battery of psychological, intelligence, and aptitude tests is professionally administered. One-on-one or panel interviews are conducted as a pre-selection requirement. Employers or their representatives are most welcome to personally conduct the interviews and select the candidates to assure job matching success.

DOCUMENTATION

The authenticity of submitted documents such as personal data, employment certificates, diploma, transcript of records, licenses, and security clearances are verified by the company . Other documents like contracts, travel papers, permits, and passport processing are secured at all legal costs.

MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS

Thorough medical examination is required to ensure physical and mental health prior to overseas employment. Government accredited medical centers are utilized to assure applicants of quality medical attention and check-up.


BOOKING AND TICKETING

Airline reservations and booking via IATA member travel agencies can be handled by Powerhouse Staffbuilders in behalf of its principal employers for its overseas contract workers


PRE-DEPARTURE ORIENTATION

Overseas contract workers are given a briefing about their host countries in order to familiarize them with the policies and conditions specified in their contracts, the laws of the land, cultural orientation, as well as the code of conduct expected of them. The orientation is followed by the supervision and assistance of departing workers.


 LANGUAGE LEARNING TRAINING

In order to assure effective communication between employers and employees, applicants are required to undergo learns the language of their host country prior to their deployment. Examinations are given after every module in order to assure effective learning of the language that could serve as a basic tool for a successful employer-employee working relation.


ON-SITE MANAGEMENT

The regular appraisal of its overseas contract workers is an optional service that Powerhouse makes available to employing companies. The representatives are always ready to be sent over to mediate and solve problems of employers and employees regarding working condition.


DORMITORIES AND STAY-IN

Powerhouse provides complete amenities for applicants’ convenience. Provincial applicants who doesn't have relatives or friends in the metro vicinity of Powerhouse can avail of a safe and affordable sleeping quarters right inside the company's compound. Rooms are fully equipped and airconditioned, with other facilities such as a kitchen, toilet, and bathrooms.


WELFARE AND LIVELIHOOD PROJECTS

Together with its sister company POMFI Transport and Multi-purpose Cooperative (PTMPC), Powerhouse provides alternative livelihood options for families of applicants.
