Concierge Executives
Accountabilities:
· Mans the concierge counter and handles all enquires
· Handles and answers all incoming & outgoing calls
· Provides concierge services to building end-users
· Logs in all feedback into the system and follow through until case is closed
· Handles complaints and assigns faults and issues to personnel in charged;
· Visits tenants regularly and attends to tenants’ feedback personally
· Administers all vouchers and redemptions
· Assists with VIPs visit / Administers Welcome Service
· Uses the Visitor Management System to register visitors /tenants
· Generate and analyse report from system
Requirements:
· Minimum ‘O” levels or experience in related field
· Prior experience with global airline and leading hotels preferred
· Experience in hotel concierge services will be an added advantage
· Service oriented, strong sense of urgency, team player and willing to learn
· Energetic, sociable with a pleasant disposition
· Excellent communication skills – including relationship building
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office platform and internet
