Objective	Grow and lead the Qingdao operations in accordance with the Firm’s local and global objectives
Accountabilities	§         P&L ownership for Qingdao and Markets §         Financial / Statutory compliance with regional / global financial control expectations §         Focus on the growth of key business lines relevant to the Qingdao market. Build balanced teams and identify future leaders of the business
Key Result Areas	§         Demonstrate YOY growth of Market Revenue and AGM §         Improved market share in all business lines
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience	§         10+ years Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar §         Fluency in both English and Mandarin §         Multidisciplinary experience with the firm §         Track record of generating revenue §         Proven capability to build and managing teams §         Experience in business development and government relations §         Strong Interpersonal skills §         Excellent communication skills §         Understanding of the Firm’s Ethics and Business Compliance
