University graduate in any discipline with not more than 2 years' working experience (Final year undergraduates are also welcome to apply)
Self-motivated and outgoing with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with Putonghua
Proficiency in foreign language(s) is an advantage
Training
A comprehensive 3-year programme including rotational job assignments, classroom/online enhancement courses, and foreign language training. Trainees may also have opportunities to travel overseas for organising promotional projects.
