Key Responsibilities - Valuer · To execute valuation assignments, project feasibility studies and other consulting work for a wide range of clients, including private, public companies and individuals, as well as to take responsibility for the accuracy and quality of such assignments. · To assist in the execution of valuation/consulting assignments and to assist in the quality control of such assignments. · To assist in the setting up and updating of filing and database systems of the Department. · To carry out any other assignments as directed by your seniors or the Management. Key Responsibilities - Managers · To assist directors to lead, supervise and manage a team of valuers, research and clerical personnel in the day-to-day running of the Department. · To execute independently and to assist subordinates or other members of the Department in the execution of valuation/assignments, project feasibility studies and other consulting work for a wide range of clients, and to take responsibility for the accuracy and quality of such assignments. · To follow guidelines and carry out instructions from the Department Director/ the Management, working as part of a cohesive team to meet assignment deadlines and achieve business targets. · To nurture existing client relationships and cultivate business for the Department and Company. · To carry out any other duties as assigned by your senior directors or the Management. Key Responsibilities - Directors · To generate and execute valuation assignments, project feasibility studies and other consulting work for a wide variety of clients, as well as to take responsibility for the accuracy and quality of such assignments undertaken by the Department. · To take responsibility for the profitability of the Department, monitoring of the Department’s performance vis-à-vis the annual business plan and ensure that profitability is in line with budget projections. · To nurture existing client relationships and cultivate repeat business and referrals. · To lead and manage a team of managers, valuers and researchers
Requirements · Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in valuation, preferable in MNC. · Fluent spoken and written English · Writing skills and an analytical mind. Specifically, an ability to articulate research findings and opinions succinctly in valuation and professional reports. · Essential educational or professional qualification necessary for successful job performance. · High degree of mathematical skills and accuracy in calculations. · Proficiency in a variety of popular computer software applications, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. · A good knowledge of building construction. · Position ranks will be subject to candidates' years of experience and qualications. |
