Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key facilities management accounts across Asia
  • Oversee the delivery of facilities management operations in the region
  • Facilitating strategy development for business pursuits

·         Ensuring that all critical services (mechanical, electrical) meet global standards

  • Liaison with European and US counterparts to share ideas and proposal concepts.
  • Manage financial performance to budget  for the region
  • Supervise and maintain a service oriented team culture for the regional team

Requirements :

 

·        Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management.

·        5 to 8 years working experience in maintenance, facilities management, submission of tenders/proposals

·        Good written and spoken English. Computer literate.

·        Customer-oriented professional with integrity, excellent leadership

      qualities, interpersonal skills and contributes to problem solving.

·        Achieve a high level of client satisfaction by providing a high degree of

      servicing.

·        Independent worker who requires minimal supervision.

·        Able to get on with different levels of people.

·        Build professional relationships of trust with clients

·        Ability to work within a team environment and able to cope with different

     levels of people
