Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable

  • Carry out a monthly reconciliation between plan and actuals occupancy expenses and provide explanations for variance.
  • Forecast occupancy expenses for the client.
  • Handle the monthly closing of the JDE system.
  • Maintain sufficient audit trail, adequate records and supporting documents in accordance with company policies and compliance.
  • Provide support and undertake ad hoc assignments and management reporting when necessary. 

Project administration

  • Manage the day-to-day project finance functions, including budget tracking information.

  

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of work experience, with at least a diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications.

·         Candidates who are currently pursuing their ACCA / have attained their ACCA are encouraged to apply.

·         Those with previous experience within the property sector are encouraged to apply.

·         Proven capacity to maintain a positive attitude in a fast paced and deadline oriented environment.

·         Willing to learn & contribute 

·         Strong analytical skill and attention to detail.

·         Demonstrate ability to manage month-end closing in a timely and reliable manner. Result oriented

·         Good communication skills, able to meet tight schedule and work independently.

·         Proficient in MS Office applications and strong in using Excel.

·         Customer service oriented

·         Competent finance & accounting knowledge.

·         JDE application skills an advantage.

·         Hyperion application skills an advantage.
