·       Lead a small team of finance staff to ensure smooth and timely financial closing and reporting

·       Prepare, present and reconcile financial reports

·       Formulate accounting policies and procedures

·        Lead annual budgeting exercise, including forecasting and planning, variance analysis, reviewing and monitoring costs inherent in the business

·        Lead and is responsible for accounts receivable management

·       Work closely with Business Line Leaders to develop business driver metrics, sales management scorecards, client profitability analysis, price modeling, etc.

·       Prepare risk and regulatory reporting, financial reports for non management groups such as regulatory agencies and tax authorities

Requirements:

·            Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, CPA qualification

·            8  to 10 years of relevant working experience,  property industry experience advantageous

·            Possess business acumen and able to see issues from the perspectives of business lines

·            Ability and determination to drive changes

·            Strong process management skills, excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
