Key Responsibilities: · Manage key facilities management accounts and act as a single point of contact for these accounts · Establish and implement operational procedures for the key accounts. · Plan and implement improvements and processes for compliance, conduct hazard/risk analysis, safety audits, safety inspections and incident investigations. · Prepare Annual Opex/Capex budgets and submission of management reports · Play a lead role in the process of Requests for Proposals Requirements: · Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management. · 5 to 8 years working experience in maintenance, facilities management, submission of tenders/proposals · Good written and spoken English. Computer literate. · Customer-oriented professional with integrity, excellent leadership qualities, interpersonal skills and contributes to problem solving. · Achieve a high level of client satisfaction by providing a high degree of servicing. · Independent worker who requires minimal supervision. · Able to get on with different levels of people. · Build professional relationships of trust with clients · Ability to work within a team environment and able to cope with different levels of people |
