Responsibilities:
· To execute business, intangible assets and financial instruments valuation assignment particularly for financial reporting purpose and merger & acquisition and to take responsibility for the accuracy and quality of such assignment;
· To produce and analyse financial model and business information;
· To assist in business development, including the preparation and presentation of documentation;
· To support the senior staff of the department running assignments, provide input into the valuation parameters and conduct high level research; and
· To travel in the region on an as required basis.
Requirement:
· Degree holder or above;
· Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in auditing;
· Strong understanding of accounting standard and knowledge in financial reporting purpose valuation;
· Good understanding of business dynamics;
· Good analytical skill and the capability to apply up-to-date valuation methodologies;
· Excellent communication and presentation skills;
· Ability to work independently; and
· Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Mandarin is essential.
