Responsibilities:

 

  • Act as single point of contact in the sub-regional account team and develop positive relationships with the client for all facilities management issues in the responsible sub-region;
  • Respond to problems and concerns that are recurring or of a sensitive nature; enforces policy, rules and regulations;
  • Plan and manage on site FM operation teams among different locations in term of staffing, training, evaluating operations maintenance and support personnel for whole account within responsible sub-region;
  • Work with the Client’s Representative to assure excellent service delivery to the Client’s branch networks and occupants of large buildings, as well as small remote branches in responsible sub-region;
  • Explore new programs and processes with CBRE Regional Experts team to improve quality/costs/performance for the Client;
  • Manage contractual relationships with the Client based on size and scope of services;
  • Review and monitor sub-regional performance in line of KPI or SLA;
  • Support Regional Account Team to monitor and modify the services deliverables in accordance to the change of the Client’s business needs;
  • Develop an annual sub-regional consolidated facility budget with input from local Facilities Managers including direct and indirect contract service expenses, preventative maintenance costs, energy management expenses and project/capital items, etc.;
  • Identify quality improvements in process or procedures; and
  • Perform multiple feasibility analysis, and complex cost benefit analysis.

Requirements:  

 

  • A bachelor degree with a minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience, including at least 3 year’s Greater China working experience is required;
  • Candidate with banking experience is highly preferable;
  • Strong knowledge of Property and Facilities Management along with excellent understanding of recognized industry tools;
  • Solid experience in overseeing and understanding of critical environment for data-centers, trading floors etc. is essential;
  • Ability to present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees;
  • Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles;
  • Strong organizational, written and verbal communications skills;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English is required; and
  • Frequent travel across locations in the sub-region is needed.
