Responsibilities:
- Create, dispatch, maintain and oversee MAC work;
- Track post move issues for lessons learned and service improvement;
- Address and resolve, whenever possible, discrepancies as a result of project or BAU move site surveys;
- Maintain Move Tracker, move agenda and schedule and issue to Planners, MAC PM's, FM partners, move/furniture/technology partners and resources;
- Schedule and facilitate weekly move meetings for their region, coordinate information with all relevant parties;
- Develop and issue move packages (Tactical Document Packages) for all BAU and project moves;
- Manage data within the move request and tracking system as it relates to weekly headcount moves and daily casework;
- Answer weekly post move "Help Desk" line, and resolve requests accordingly. Monitor e-mails generated to the moves email account (if appropriate), respond and resolve requests accordingly;
- Prepare and generate timely move work reports (resource hours, open IDs, project requests, etc.). Provide accruals and forecasting for move activity;
- First Line of contact for clients, internal and external partners as it relates to BAU moves and churn work;
- Communicate and document move logistics for both project and BAU moves' to internal and external partners;
- Perform job inspections and special projects as needed. Assist with audit walk through;
- Post move support for larger projects and being an active participant in post move support team;
- Ensure that processes are kept current and changes are communicated to MAC PjM's, Tactical Planning staff and that Playbook is up to date;
- Take move brief from client as necessary, bringing in Space Planners as needed to input options for move; and
- Responsible for setting delivery deadlines and coordinate with all co-workers, supervisor, department and/or line of business.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university with a minimum of 4 to 6 years’ of relevant experience and/or training;
- Capable to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents with the ability to write reports and manuals;
- Sound knowledge on financial terms and principles for the calculation of the intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions;
- Require intermediate analytical and quantitative skills to solve problems involving several options in situations;
- Understand the basic financial terms and data collection / analysis skills to conduct basic financial analysis as related to move project;
- Experience of CAFM and or IWMS systems is preferred, other databases is an advantage; and
- Decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve complex results.
