Responsibilities: - Responsible for handling incoming calls, managing front desk and welcoming guests;
- Liaise with on-site staff and manage visitors' registration;
- Take messages and forward them to relevant staff;
- Schedule use of conference rooms;
- Organise and distribute incoming correspondence and courier documents;
- Process payment and expenses capture;
- Order stationery, printing material and other office supplies;and
- Undertake ad hoc duties as required by supervisors.
Requirements: - High school graduate or above in Administration or related discipline with at least 2 years' relevant experience; background working for multinational corporations highly desirable;
- Fluency in English and Mandarin;
- Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner;
- Hands-on usage of Microsoft Outlook essential;and
- Ability to multitask between reception and administration duties.
- Working hour from 1p.m. to 6p.m.
