Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the Mechanical and Electrical infrastructure of the Customers Critical Engineering Facility;
  • Plan and implement a critical engineering maintenance (CREM) strategy;
  • Ensure compliance with legislation in terms of statutory maintenance, health, safety and environment management;
  • Ensure planned preventative maintenance activities are delivered to plan;
  • Work collaboratively with the customers IT teams;
  • Manage handovers of capital project teams into the BAU team;
  •  Work with the energy management team to drive down utility consumption;
  • Ensure the M&E asset data base is kept up to date; and
  • Management of the Forward Maintenance Data Base and Condition Survey. 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or appropriate electrically bias engineering, with at least 5 years' experience in maintaining critical engineering environments;
  • Ability to effectively respond to complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor and/or management;
  • Ability to present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees;
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Exceptional spoken and written English and Mandarin;
  • In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles; and
  • The ability to manage priorities, complete assignments efficiently and maintain the quality of information.
