Responsibilities: - Responsible for managing the Mechanical and Electrical infrastructure of the Customers Critical Engineering Facility;
- Plan and implement a critical engineering maintenance (CREM) strategy;
- Ensure compliance with legislation in terms of statutory maintenance, health, safety and environment management;
- Ensure planned preventative maintenance activities are delivered to plan;
- Work collaboratively with the customers IT teams;
- Manage handovers of capital project teams into the BAU team;
- Work with the energy management team to drive down utility consumption;
- Ensure the M&E asset data base is kept up to date; and
- Management of the Forward Maintenance Data Base and Condition Survey.
Requirements: - Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or appropriate electrically bias engineering, with at least 5 years' experience in maintaining critical engineering environments;
- Ability to effectively respond to complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor and/or management;
- Ability to present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees;
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Exceptional spoken and written English and Mandarin;
- In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles; and
- The ability to manage priorities, complete assignments efficiently and maintain the quality of information.
