The Business Process Unit Lead is responsible for ensuring effective delivery of Business Process services to Food Group functional users. Business Process Services include but not limited to identification of business process improvement areas and functional drivers, deployment of applicable process development methodology & tools, develop partnership with functional process owners in system development activities and program a continuing education for end-user appreciation of system improvements and its inherent changes in business processes.
The job requires the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or its equivalent course
- at least 2 years relevant experience in BPR / Business Analysis
- Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in People Management is an advantage
