The Collection Staff/Collector is responsible in maintaining high collection efficiency, to minimize, control and/or eradicate technical past due and written off accounts through sending collection letters/notices, personal visit/monitoring, legal actions. He/she helps in achieving the collection targets of the branch.
Qualifications:
Must be proficient in Windows-based programs such as Word and Excel
College graduate of any business course
Experience in collections and loans is an advantage
Driving skills is a must (car and motorcycle), with driver's license
Has good oral and written communication skills with proficiency in the local dialect
Willing to travel extensively and highly familiar with the are of operations
Excellent marketing and interpersonal skills
Preferably a resident of Leganes, Iloilo or its neighboring areas
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
